Our standard shipping services have these transit days depending on destination:

For mainland Spain 24h/48h.

For countries in the European Union 2 to 4 business days depending on destination.

For the rest of the world, shipping may take 5 to 9 business days.

All shipments have tracking information and you can put the tracking code in our section called "track your order" to track your order at any time.

Items purchased at www.bostansb.com must be returned at the customer's expense in perfect condition, new and with the original labels, within a maximum period of 14 days, to receive a refund.

To return an item(s) and obtain a refund, you must contact us in advance through our email infobostansb@gmail.com or instagram. A refund will be processed by the original payment method within a period of 7-10 business days from when the item arrives at our warehouse. Please note that in these cases we cannot refund the original shipping cost, except for defective or incorrectly shipped orders.
